Caitlin earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Radford University and her Master of Science in Nursing from Old Dominion University. Her desire to become a Nurse Practitioner grew from wanting to advocate for her patients on a deeper level and play a greater role in their long-term health and wellness.

Her approach to care is centered on partnership. Caitlin believes healthcare should be collaborative and takes the time to understand each patient’s individual health, wellness, and lifestyle goals. Rather than simply treating a diagnosis, she strives to educate and empower her patients so they can take an active role in their care.

Originally from Virginia, Caitlin practiced in Maryland before relocating to Nevada in 2023. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys an active lifestyle with her husband, son, and two dogs. She loves camping, hiking, spending time on the water, and has a special passion for animal welfare, having previously fostered rescue dogs on the East Coast.
