Michelle recently completed her Medical Assistant and Phlebotomy programs at Northwest Career College and is CPR/BLS certified. During her training, she gained hands-on experience with patient rooming, vital signs, phlebotomy, EKGs, injections, front office procedures, and healthcare guidelines including HIPAA and OSHA. Michelle chose a career in healthcare because she wanted to make a meaningful change in her life — to do something that matters and to help others along the way. She enjoys meeting new people, hearing their stories, and being someone they can count on for care and kindness.

Originally from Kirkland, Washington, Michelle grew up playing soccer, swimming, and staying active in Girl Scouts and community sports. After living in Utah as a teen, she eventually settled in Las Vegas to be close to her family. Outside of work, Michelle is a proud mom to a lively 5-year-old daughter, as well as a dog and a cat who complete the family. They love spending time together painting, playing, singing, and dancing around their home. Michelle is passionate about continuing to grow in her current role and hopes to pursue additional certifications in the future to keep expanding her skills.
