Shauna Dean Madourie is a dual-certified Nurse Practitioner in Family Practice and Psychiatric Mental Health, bringing over nine years of dedicated experience to her patients. She has built her career on a foundation of compassion, clinical excellence, and a deep commitment to quality care.

Shauna proudly traces her roots back to Jamaica then later spent some time in Florida. Her journey continued on to Reno and finally here in Las Vegas, where she has settled over the last seven years.

She holds a Master of Science in Nursing from South University and a Post-Master’s Certificate in Psychiatric Mental Health from Hawaii Pacific University. In addition, Shauna is a Certified Sexual Abuse Nurse Examiner and MAT/Substance Use Disorder provider, reflecting her dedication to trauma-informed and holistic patient care.

Her background spans internal medicine, geriatrics, and mental health, with experience in acute, post-acute, and primary care settings. Shauna has skillfully managed complex chronic conditions, coordinated interdisciplinary care, and supported patients and families through every stage of treatment.
